I'm a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Texas Health Sciences Center San Antonio in the Department of Physiology.
For kicks I play and officiate women's flat track roller derby with the WFTDA Alamo City Rollergirls. I still like to run around in circles (AKA officiate) for the Texas Rollergirls. Truthfully - roller derby saved my soul (thanks, So Ill Roller Girls).
I have an amazing future doctor husband and a wacky yet endearing assortment of family, coworkers, and friends. However, I'm also a self-involved bitch and should really talk to and see them more often.
But, you know - busy.
